The Wooster Family Foundation has been made possible due to the generosity of my late husband, Ben, and a significant compensation payment following an accident many years ago. The untimely death of our son John brought into focus the blessings we still enjoy in life and the knowledge that they are not experienced by everyone. The altruism of a number of people I know provided the last nudge to go ahead and set up a charitable foundation for the benefit of others.

With assistance from Francesca Hockham of Community Impact Bucks and the services of Ian McLintock of Charity Excellence, an application to the Charity Commission to register the Foundation was successfully completed in September 2024. The founding trustees are below.
